Selecting design partners for 2026a few teams, chosen carefully

We have no customer logos on this site because we have no customers to put there yet. That is not a gap we hide; it is the invitation. The first teams on Roux shape it, and get the kind of attention twelve thousand customers make impossible.

What a partner gets

The escalation model, shaped with you

Escalation completion, meaning of the conversations that needed a person, how many reached one, is our headline metric, and its definition gets settled with the first teams measuring it. Your worst Tuesday becomes the benchmark's design input.

The team, not a queue

Deployment is done with the people who build the product. When something is wrong you talk to the person who can fix it, and the fix ships to you first.

The record, from day one

Your customer record, consents and suppressions are first-class from the first import, so when the suite grows past service, you are already standing on it.

Who we are looking for

Mid-market service teams

Roughly twenty to two hundred agents, in the EU or US, English-first. Big enough that dropped conversations cost real money; small enough that the whole team can be in one room.

Voice-heavy, promise-heavy

Teams whose customers call first, and whose worst failures are the promised callbacks that never happen. If “someone will call you back” is a sentence your team says daily, we should talk.

Two signers

Whoever owns service, and whoever has to defend it. The product assumes they are different people, and the partnership works best when both are at the table from the first call.
