Company
We build the system enterprises run customer operations on.
AI can already talk. The hard part is running real customer work reliably, inside the rules a business is accountable for.
Thesis
Enterprises don't need more AI tools. They need a system that runs customer work.
Customer operations are already software problems: rules, systems of record, decisions, exceptions and accountability. What has been missing is a place where that work can be defined, executed and supervised as one thing.
Roux exists to be that place — the operating layer between customers, AI execution, enterprise systems and the people who remain responsible for the outcome.
Principles
What we hold to.
- 01
Operations, not conversations
The unit of value is completed work, not a good reply.
- 02
Control before scale
Autonomy widens only as evidence accumulates.
- 03
People are part of the system
Judgment is designed in, not treated as failure.
- 04
Evidence by default
If it cannot be reconstructed, it did not happen properly.
How we work
We start with one operation and earn the next one.
Every engagement begins with a real workflow, a named owner and metrics agreed in advance. Scope grows from results, not from roadmap ambition.

Which customer operation should we start with?
Tell us the workflow, the systems behind it and what done looks like. We'll walk through how Roux would define, run and control it.
